AUDITION DATES:

Auditions: Tuesday, May 30th beginning at 3:00 pm at Center Stage Theater in Evergreen

Callbacks: Sunday, June 4th, 6:00 pm at Center Stage

*If you are not available on May 30th, we will try to accommodate your audition on a different day or via video submission. Please contact us to determine the best option.

LOCATION:

Center Stage 27608 Fireweed Drive, Evergreen CO 80439 (about a 15/20 minute drive from C 470 via 285 or Morrison Road or from  Denver West via I70)

WHAT TO PREPARE/BRING:

Please prepare 32 bars of a musical theater song in the style of the show and bring sheet music in the correct key (please no a  cappella) for OW’s accompanist.
Please prepare a 1-minute monologue.
Please bring a copy of a recent headshot and an updated resume, as well as your audition form (you will receive this form once  you sign up for auditions).

EQUITY:  Sorry, AEA contracts are not available for this production

STIPEND:  Up to $500 per actor, commensurate with role responsibilities

REHEARSALS:

• Rehearsals for this show will begin on July 11th, 2023, typically on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings and on Saturday  afternoons.

• Please note that some rehearsal conflicts can be accommodated, but we are asking all actors to let us know any conflicts in  advance.  NO PERFORMANCE CONFLICTS will be accommodated.

PERFORMANCES:

INTO THE WOODS runs September 15th through October 8th, 2023. Performances on Friday & Saturday at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 2:30 pm at Center Stage in Evergreen.

ABOUT THE SHOW:

Ovation West Theatre is seeking diverse singers/actors age 16 and above to fill all roles. Roles may or may not be combined, depending on cast members. Some actors in supporting roles may also be asked to cover leading roles.
