Actors must be comfortable with physical interactions. There are no sex scenes. Subject matters include substances. Spur requires some physicality in the script, it would be great if the actor can bring physical comedy to the role.

Audition Dates: In person auditions will be held on Friday August 28th from 12:30pm – 2:30pm and Saturday August 29th from 10:00am – 12:30pm in Centennial, CO.

 

SHOOT DATES

Film Dates: October 22nd-23rd. (Thursday & Friday) 

Possible Additional Film Date: Saturday October 24th

One of these dates will be filmed from 4pm – 9pm.

About the Film

Jackie is an independent woman, a real estate shark, and loves sleeping with married men. Will she ever find love?

Jack and Spur are meeting up for one of their secret rendezvous in Jack’s hometown, where she’s ready to wine and dine him. Spur has been trying for months and months to convince Jack to commit to him so he can finally leave his wife, and although she loves her independent lifestyle a recent health scare has made her reconsider Spur’s offer. Can she commit to a life with Spur? She is put to the test on this trip after their date night goes awry.

 

JACK

Early 30’s – Boss Lady – Stylish & High Maintenance. Jackie isn’t shy about working hard and playing harder. She is Ms Steal Your Man and unapologetic about it. But how did she get this way? She’s insecure for sure, but she has never had good friends or women in her life to hold her accountable. She is a classic case of looking for love in all the wrong places.

SPUR

Early 30’s – Corporate Christian Husband – Clean Cut & Straight Laced. Spur is handsome, charming, a portrait perfect husband and a cheater! OF COURSE he has a beautiful wife, a beautiful home and a “winner” job, so why wouldn’t he look elsewhere for adventure? Jack has opened his eyes to a more exciting world and life, so he is ready to drop everything for her. 

 

PARAMEDIC

Mid-Late 20’s – Tired and underpaid and willing to look the other way to make an extra dollar. Full of ‘tude.

 

LINDSEY

Mid-Late 20’s – Devoted Housewife – Bouncy and Bright-Eyed. Spur’s wife. Lindsey is the dreamy doting wife that checks the box of your corporate Christian husband.

 

Compensation: $50 – $200. (Based on role)
