**Job Overview**

Future Hearts, Minds and Dreamers (FHMD) is seeking accomplished and professional artists to join our team as instructors. We offer a wide range of classes in various fields including Dance, Yoga, Photography, Film, Theatre, Creative Writing, Visual Arts, Culinary Arts, Language Arts, and Martial Arts. Our instructors will have the opportunity to work closely with students, nurturing their creativity and expanding their minds typically during after-school hours. To be considered, candidates must have prior teaching experience, pass a background check to work with minors, reliable transportation, and be able to provide their own materials or supply a list of materials needed.

Booking Process:

We partner professional artists with preschools, public schools, private schools, religious schools, charter schools, Summer camps, Rec Centers and Senior communities. As an instructor, you will be asked to provide a list of classes that you feel comfortable teaching. You may choose from a pre-existing list of classes or design your own. You can also change or alter your classes at any time. We encourage our instructors to teach ages PreK-5th, as these tend to be the most profitable and popular classes. We also serve the 6th-12th grade population, but these classes tend to be part of elective programs, two days a week. We also serve the 50+ population and offer both remote and in-person classes.

Once an instructor is onboarded, and a class is booked, you will receive an official class offering via email. You must accept, negotiate, or deny the offer within 24 hours. Since we may ask other instructors to teach the same class, the class will be assigned to the first instructor to accept. While we cannot guarantee work, we will continue to try to book you for classes as long as you want us to. If an instructor moves, they can update their location with us, and we will attempt to get them booked for classes in their new area.
