Casting Call: Tour Guides for an Immersive Pub Crawl Experience

CASTING CALL
Tour Guides for “The Talking Dead”
Elevate Immersive is now casting Tour Guides for this year’s The Talking Dead, our immersive ghost tour in Golden, Colorado!
We’ve completely reimagined the show with brand-new stories, monologues, and a fresh tour guide experience. If you love storytelling, improvisation, and engaging with guests, we’d love to see your audition!

Role Details
Lead groups through the tour using scripted monologues, storytelling, and guest interaction/improv.
Pay: $100 per show + shared tips.
Time Commitment: Approximately 3 hours per show, with breaks at the bar stops.

Schedule
Scripts sent by August 10
Group read-through & costume meeting: Late August
Off book by September 15
3–4 rehearsals throughout September (scheduled around cast availability)
Mandatory dress rehearsal: Saturday, October 3
Performance Dates: October 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, & 30 (Friday/Saturday evenings)
Actors must be 21+ to be considered

*We understand actors have other commitments, so we’ll be casting multiple guides to help cover availability if you cannot make all performances.

• A 1-minute audition video showcasing your performance style. This can be a monologue, stand-up, storytelling, or any performance that best represents you.
• Your acting résumé.
• Your availability for the dates listed above.
• A brief note about any immersive theater and/or improv experience you have.
Submissions are due by August 7.
