About Colorado Ballet

Colorado Ballet is a Denver-based non-profit celebrating 62 years of excellence. Under the direction of Artistic Director Gil Boggs, we present more than 50 performances annually to sold-out audiences in the 2,080-seat Ellie Caulkins Opera House.

About These Roles

Patron Service Representatives are more than ticket sellers. They are ambassadors of the Colorado Ballet experience and are often the first and last people our patrons interact with.

We are hiring for two different Patron Service Representative positions. You may apply for either or both.

Seasonal, Part-Time. Shifts exclusively during performances at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, October 2026 through April 2027. Patron hospitality, ticket sales and exchanges in Tessitura, Will Call, and front-of-house support. Multiple positions available.

Regular, Part-Time. Works performances as Manager on Duty and works in our administrative office Mondays and Tuesdays, September 2026 through May 2027. Adds on-site leadership of seasonal staff, escalated patron concerns, ticket fulfillment, and CRM support. One position available.

What We Look For

Minimum 2 years of customer service and administration experience; performing arts ticketing or box office experience preferred
History of exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email
Experience with Tessitura or a similar ticketing/CRM system preferred
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Dance background or knowledge is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Schedule

Both positions require availability for the majority of our 2026-2027 performances (Don Quixote, The Nutcracker, Romeo and Juliet, The Wizard of Oz, and MasterWorks), including the December holiday weeks during The Nutcracker. Full schedule: https://coloradoballet.org/26-27-Season-Productions

Compensation and Benefits

$20.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on position. Both positions accrue paid sick leave under the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act and receive complimentary and discounted tickets to Colorado Ballet performances.
