One Act – Runtime: 50 mins
Plot Synopsis:
Mechanus, one of the last habitable Super-Cities on the planet, is built surrounding the Monopolith: the structure that houses “The Cloud,” the center of society. This electronic form of ultimate control is owned by the wealthy elite known as the One-Percenters.
In this digital dystopia, a normal woman is visited by an Angel who delivers a Message that will change the world. She must now Grapple With The Truth. Will she accept her fate, and brave the future to carry out her destiny to topple the cybernetic center of civilization?

SUPPORTING ROLE: (Doubling)
MALE – Age Range: 40’s and above
Thaddeus “T.J.” Jacobin: Uncle & Guardian of Raz, Father of Erin
Johannes Tahiri: Hermetic Scholar and Cousin of Hamza
REHEARSALS:
Monday – Thursday 6:00 – 8:00 pm
April 17th through June 1st
10200 W 20th Ave, Lakewood, CO 80215
Supporting actor will not be called to all rehearsals.
PERFORMANCES:
This show will premier at the Denver Fringe Festival
Thursday, June 8 through Sunday, June 11
All actors must have open availability on these dates
(Including Wednesday, June 7 for tech rehearsal)
Will be performed in a small to mid-sized venue in the RINO Arts District (TBD).
Shows may be recorded/livestreamed.
PAY:
All actors are paid a $300 gas stipend and an equal percentage of ticket sales (~$100)
Sorry, no Equity contracts are available for the Fringe productions.
