Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced youth directors for the Summer season. two years of experience teaching within the 5-9 age range. These camps are fast-paced and produce final productions within 1-3 weeks. This position involves a tremendous amount of responsibility, and candidates should be well-organized and comfortable managing staff, maintaining parent contact, communicating clearly with the production team, and committing to a strong creative vision for each show. Creative process training as well as personal performing arts experience is a plus.
Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
Must pass a background check
Must have experience working with ages 5 -9
