Broomfield Community Players presents Rehearsal for Murder, a mystery set in the theatre world and has plenty of twists and turns. On the opening night of a poorly-reviewed play, the lead actress, Monica Welles, dies in an apparent suicide. The playwright and her fiancé, Alex Dennison, doesn’t believe that she would take her own life. And so, on the first anniversary of Monica’s death, he invites the people he suspects could have killed Monica to read a new play in hopes of catching a murderer.
