The Colorado Theatre Guild presents “The Good Director” with Christy Montour-Larson, a special virtual two-part exploration on Wednesdays, February 10th and March 10th, 2021 at 7pm. Like an iceberg, many theatre makers and audience members only see a portion of what a Good Director does. Colorado’s acclaimed and award winning director, Christy Montour-Larson, will explore good directing, bad directing and why Good Directing might be better than great. Christy will share how she works: Preparing, Working with Designers, Casting, Table Work, Blocking, Pacing, Working with Actors, Rehearsals, Tech and Opening. Plus, Christy will take your questions. All experience levels welcome. FREE for CTG members; $6 for non-members. A portion of the proceeds to benefit the Denver Actors Fund.
